It is with extreme sadness that we inform you of the tragic passing of William Howard on Saturday, December 17, 2012 as a result of an auto accident in Darlington, South Carolina. William was a retired Superintendent of the New York City Transit Authority and was President of the New York City Transit Retiree’s National Association. He was a avid supporter of RLEAF and a regular attendee of our reunions. Funeral services will be held at the Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 155 Wall Street, Sumter, South Carolina 29150 on Friday, December 23, 2011 |
